All reports will be treated confidentially to the extent permitted by law, and the confidentiality of the whistleblower will be maintained.
Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited. Any such retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action in line with extant rules and regulations.
Investigation and Follow-Up:
