Mr. Olugbenga Aborode is presently the Director of Administration Department. He joined the services of the Commission in December, 1996 as an Incomes Policy Officer II. He rose to the rank of Deputy Director, Evaluation and Grading in January 1, 2019 before assuming the position as the Head of Evaluation and Grading Department in July, 2021. He hails from Iseyin Local Government Area of Oyo State and was born on December 7, 1969.

Mr, Aborode graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1994. He began his primary education at Government Primary School, Surulere, Lagos ,   from where he proceeded to Ansar – Un – Deen Grammar School, Lagos where he obtained his WASC Ordinary Level.

Mr. Aborode is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and has attended various Management and Leadership Courses/Workshop and Seminars at various Training Institutes.
