    On the occasion, the Chairman of the Commission, Ekpo Nta, Esq. advised that members of staff should learn to celebrate and appreciate God.

    The elated celebrant Engr David Nyikyaa said he never expected the fun- fare that heralded his birthday and pray that celebration will never ceased in the Commission.

    Highlight of the event was prayer session, words of exaltation and cutting of cake.
