<\/i>The discipline of staff and related matters<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
<\/i>Processing of the request for advances and leave etc<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
<\/i>Training of staff both locally and internationally<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
<\/i>Handles other aspects of staff development such as study leave with\/without pay, mental and physical development including sporting activities<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
